A day of music, movement & connection in nature
One Wellness Ottawa is hosting their second annual festival at Rideau Pines Farm – a vibrant, one-day wellness experience rooted in community and creativity.

Jay and Rachel co-create intentional experiences rooted in presence, integrity, and respect for the medicines, practices, and people involved. Our collaborations often weave together cacao, microdosing education, ceremony, music, and flow – always shaped by the needs of the group.
