At Māyā Luna, we honour each order as part of your sacred journey. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about shipping, payments, and our returns and refund practices.
Shipping Policy
- Carriers & Packaging: All orders are shipped discreetly using Canada Post. We use plain padded mailers without branding on the exterior label to respect your privacy.
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders received and accepted before 3 PM EST may begin processing the same day.
- Tracking: A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to begin updating.
- Delays: While we do our best to ship promptly, we cannot guarantee transit times due to postal delays or global disruptions. Thank you for your understanding and patience.
Payment Policy
- E-Transfers: All payments are currently processed through e-Transfer to:

Please include your name and order number in the message field for accurate processing. - Orders will not be processed until payment has been received and verified. If you have any questions regarding payment, please contact us.
Return & Refund Policy
Because of the sensitive nature and quality control of our products—especially with plant medicines and ingestibles—we cannot accept returns or exchanges once an order has shipped.
However, we deeply value your trust. If you:
- Receive the wrong product
- Receive a damaged item
- Have a concern about your order
💌 Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue with store credit or another reasonable solution.
