Shipping. Packages are delivered by Canada Post. With the current global situation we cannot gaurantee these shipping times but your completed order will be shipped promptly. Our products are shipped in generic padded mailers and our shipping labels do not have our name on them to ensure discrete delivery. Tracking numbers included.

Orders take 1 to 3 business days to ship. Orders will begin processing the same day if we receive and accept payment that day. You will be notified once processing has started and once your order has been shipped.

Payment is through E Transfer to mayalunapayments@gmail.com. Please include your name and order number in the message line of the E-Transfer.

Returns. We take our customer experience seriously and will always do our best to ensure a positive experience with our products. Due to the quality control of our products we cannot accept returns. If there is a mistake or damaged product we will be happy to resolve this by giving you store credit.
