Awaken The Artist
October 18th – Aylmer, QC
1 – 4 pm
Come join us for an afternoon where creativity becomes ceremony and expression is guided by something deeper.
We’ll begin with heart-opening cacao and a gentle microdose, co-led by Rachel and Jay, to help you settle into presence and open up to your intuitive flow.
From there, we’ll ease into live acoustic music and free-expression painting. James, our dear friend, artist, musician, and medicine man, will guide the visual side of things, encouraging you to let go of perfection and just create.
Throughout the experience, your facilitators Rachel, Jay, and James will hold a strong, supportive container rooted in ancestral wisdom, entheogenic insight, and the healing power of song, color, and connection.
This is a ceremonial offering for the soul … a remembrance that you are the canvas, the brush, and the prayer.

I’m thrilled to finally share something I’ve been gently weaving behind the scenes…
Interbloom – my new 7 week group program – is now open for registration.
Inter : connection – between self and nature, inside and out.
Bloom :awakening, beauty, and the unfolding of potential.
This is a guided group experience where microdosing, nature, and creativity become your allies. You’ll be held in a container of community, intention, and ceremony, exploring new ways of seeing and being.
I would love to have you in this circle if you’re feeling called.
We begin together on November 1st, with space for your personal 1:1 call the week before. This way, you’ll already feel grounded and supported before stepping into the group circle.
This first cohort is held as a seed planting – because of that, I’m offering it at a discounted rate.
