As a general rule, a typical microdose is anywhere from 5 to 10 percent of a normal dose. For example, a typical dose of mushrooms is one to two grams. A microdose would be anywhere from 50 to 250 milligrams (or 0.05 to 0.25mg).
Through microdosing, you may feel a sense of calm energy, better focus, and a lighter mood. There should be no visual or physical side effects other than those mild enhancements.

Yes, you can. However, we recommend starting small. Our Mind Buzz capsules are only 100mg of golden teacher mushrooms and we suggest taking one capsule at a time, on an intermittent basis, such as every two to three days.
Our Road Trip capsules are 300mg of golden teacher mushrooms and can be taken in whatever amount you wish, as more of a trip-like experience. For example, 6 capsules would be equivalent to 1.8 grams. And of course, you can always mix and match the Mind Buzz with Road Trip.
Gut issues are not uncommon when consuming raw mushrooms. Try taking them with food if you previously took them on an empty stomach. Alternatively, you may want to try some ginger to calm your stomach. Lastly, if you experience headaches while you are micro, or macro dosing, be sure you are well hydrated and take in a bit of electrolytes, such as salt.

No. You cannot directly pick up your order from us. We only accept payments via email money transfer and can only send your products through mail order at this time.
No. We only sell what is listed in our shop. You are welcome to make multiple orders however.

We do not accept returns. Due to the nature of the consumables we sell, and the expensive shipping costs, we can’t accept returns of any kind. However, we never want anyone to feel unhappy with our products, so if there is a quality issue with any of our products we can offer a refund depending on the reason.
